How to place order?
Step 1: Find the product that you want, then click the product name or picture. (Picture 1) Then enter the detail page of the product. (Picture 2)
Step 2: Fill in the the quantitiy of the product that you need order, then “buy it now”. It is “Cart” page. (Picture 3)
A. If you need order more some other product, you can click “continue shopping”. And then continue find the products as the same step. When you finished it, then click “Proceed to Checkour”. Go to the next step.
B. If you order wrong product, you can click “Clear the cart” clear your cart, then find your product again as the same step. When you finished it, then click “Proceed to Checkout”. Go to the next step.
C. If you only order the product, click “Proceed to Checkout”. Go to the next step.
Step 3: Here is the detail page. (Picture 4)
A. If you are our registered customer, login in to the next step.
B. If not, you can fill your information join in us, then click “Register”. Join us is ok. We can click “Previous”, come back the last page. Then login in to the next step.
C. Also, you can click “I don’t plan to login, directly purchase.” Fill in the delivery address, then click “Shipping according to this address.” Go to the next step.
Step4: Here is the “Shipping Method” page. We can confirm information of “Goods list” and “Consignee Info”. (Picture 5) If it is wrong, we can click “Modify”, then modify it. After finish it, we can select the “Shipping Method” (Picture 6) and “Payment Method”. (Picture 7) And then “submit” it. Then it is OK. Here is the page. Remarks:
1. About Shipping Method: Generally, our almost all of the parcels send by Hong Kong EMS (Hong kong Post). Because DHL/UPS/TNT/Fedex are not allow ship capsule, tea and coffee, even the foods. The detail information, you can read the “About Shipment” (in Service & Support).
2. About Payment Method: We accept several ways of payment: Western Union, Moneygram, T/T (Bank transfer), Paypal or Credit Care (Via paypal) and Alipay. The detail information, you can read the “About Payment ” (in Service & Support).
